Senior Account Executive

Responsible for making regular and effective calls on end-users, general contractors, electrical contractors, engineers, design firms, and architects in order to meet and exceed upwards of $2,000,000 annual revenue quota, and acceptable gross margin sales objective. The Senior Account Executive (SAE) is responsible for not only maintaining all existing account duties but also identifying and establishing new business applications and opportunities with assigned customers. To be the customer’s single point of contact for all integrated security solutions and support in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.

Examples Of Work Performed

  • Network with existing clients to acquire bona fide referrals leading to new business opportunities within sales territory.
  • Market to enterprise-level companies (qualifying for Fortune 1000) and institutions by identifying and establishing new business relationships.
  • Responsible for preparing detailed, accurate, and literate proposal packages, including defining the scope of work and responsibilities for each proposal and defining accurate device counts and pricing.

  • Update Tigerpaw customer database, i.e., product type, competitor information, etc.
  • Work with vendors to obtain custom or special pricing for a specific project(s).

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience selling enterprise-level security, IT, or Telecommunications solutions.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and aggressive “rainmaker” sales personality that truly enjoys the thrill of closing new business.
  • Consistently among top 20% of all sales representatives in past positions.
  • Previous experience selling to a business decision-making influence that includes CEO’s, CFO’s, CTO’s, IT Directors, and top facilities and security management.
  • Solid job stability with average job tenure of 3 years or more.
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent industry and sales experience.

Account Executive

Primary responsibilities include supporting management and the sales organization with all aspects of the company sales process. The Account Executive will be an integral part of all phases of the sales funnel, with emphasis on administrative and customer-facing initiatives. This includes maintaining CRM data, customer data, company documentation, estimating efforts, producing proposal documentation, managing paperwork, demand creation, customer meetings, customer follow-up, and keeping company databases current.

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of small, medium, and enterprise projects achieved through comprehensive planning, strong organizational skills, and thorough communications. D licensed Security Technician “Team Leader”

Requirements:

The primary function of a D licensed Security Technician who we passionately refer to as a Team Leader, configures, installs, and programs security and security-related integrated systems. Typical duties and responsibilities: Install, diagnose and repair various access control, video surveillance, and alarm intrusion systems. Install, cable, repair, and maintain security systems; perform regular maintenance to prevent breakdowns; diagnose problems with network computerized systems and determine the course of action and perform the repair.

  • Installation of access control systems from start to finish, including but not limited to Software House, Genetec, S2 Systems, Openpath, DSC system, and Honeywell.
  • Installation and service of various video surveillance solutions including Genetec, Exacq, Milestone, American Dynamics, etc.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION:

  • 3+ years experience
  • Manufacturer certifications such as Software House, Genetec, and Milestone are desirable.
  • Requires Massachusetts D License
  • Requires ability to pass CORI check and obtain MA certificate of clearance
  • Rhode Island low voltage license is a plus.

TRAVEL:

  • Local travel is required, primarily within the Greater Boston metropolitan region but may include other areas within Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire.

Purchasing / Warehouse Coordinator

We are looking for an individual to create and enter all project Purchase Orders (POs) into CRM and updates product costs as needed. Performs monthly cycle counts, annual inventory counts, and reconciliation. Works with other departments such as Sales and Operations to resolve product issues and receiving challenges. Examples Of Work Performed

  • Coordinates the procurement of materials, supplies, and subcontractors necessary for timely and cost-effective completion of the project within budget.
  • Work with service and accounts receivable team to ensure timely delivery of materials and payment from customers.
  • Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service by providing timely updates on material led-times, quickly addressing concerns, and by regularly seeking feedback on our performance.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop/implement strategies to minimize impact and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadline
  • Receives unloads and stores incoming materials including tools, parts, and equipment. This includes matching contents to the packing list and assigning them to the job shelf. Visually inspects cartons and packages and contents for damage from handling and transit. Places orders for installation and service projects.
  • Verifies the accuracy of all incoming orders including counts and quantities; stages orders for pick up. Responsible for inventory control.
  • Pick and stage orders for installers or service technicians. Updates product status in CRM for projects awaiting product fulfillment.
  • Handles UPS, Fed Ex, and other freight carrier deliveries and schedules pick-ups as needed. Packs and ships products to vendors, customers, and sub-contractors. This includes creating labels and shipping to customers or vendors as needed.
  • Handles and processes return including Return Materials Authorizations (RMAs); this includes returning and shipping RMAs as needed.
  • Oversees the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and related reporting in accordance with established procedures. Locates and places most packing slips.
  • Keeps warehouse area clean and organized; restocks non-inventory project stock area, sweeps, breaks down boxes. May assist with meeting setups including moving tables and equipment.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

  • Lift and carry approximately 50 pounds
