We are not in the business of installing systems and then leaving you high and dry. Assessment, Design and Installation are only the first steps of the security system lifespan. Keeping you safe is a fulltime job and translating our knowledge to our customers is a pivotal part of our service. In addition to the detailed system documentation provided with our installations, you will also receive expert on-site training specific to your system and requirements.
CGL Electronic Security continually invests in our employees, ensuring that they have the tools and training necessary to provide exemplary service to our customers. After each system has been successfully installed, our highly skilled technicians carry out strenuous testing and controls to ensure that everything is left in perfect working order. We validate the functioning of every component, down to the last lens of the CCTV cameras to every one of hundreds of card readers and detection devices.
Training packages will largely depend on the scope of the project and amount of participation needed from the client, and are implemented at various levels of skill and involvement, from Administrator Training, to Custom and Operational Level Expertise.
