Ronald
W. Ludvigsen – President
As President and founding partner, Ron is primarily
responsible for managing the strategic growth and overall
operations of CGL.
Ron received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical
Engineering from the Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston
and is adept in Integrated Security Systems having been an
Applications Engineer for a number of years.
Prior to founding CGL, Ron was the Northeast Regional Sales
Manager for Software House, where he worked for 5 years.
During his time at Software House, Ron was able to double the
total sales volume of his territory and was awarded the North
American Regional Sales Manager of the Year in 1996 and 1997.
Ron's first position in the security industry was as Director
of Security Division for a major electrical contractor.
Ron was responsible for creating and managing the security
division from the ground up. He was successful in bringing
the new division from it's inception to a yearly sales volume of
$2.5 million in just three years.
James
G. Gallagher – Vice President
As Vice President and a founding partner of CGL, Jim is
responsible for overseeing the technical aspect of all
Integrated Security Management Systems.
Jim received his Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern
University’s College of Criminal Justice.
Jim's uniquely extensive experience in all facets of the
electronic security industry has provided him with a breadth and
depth of knowledge that is not common in the world of security
today.
Prior to starting CGL, Jim was the Manager of Applications
Engineering for Software House, where he worked for 7 years. He
was a key member of the design team for the highly successful
C•CURE 800 System, and remained an integral part of the product
management team as the software developed. Jim traveled the
world providing expertise and assistance to some of Software
House's largest customers, including airports, government
facilities and large banking institutions.
Jim's first position in the security industry was with
Digital Equipment Corporation, where he worked for 9 years. He
served a number of roles from designing, implementing and
managing security management systems in multiple Digital
facilities, to serving as Digital's in-house Security Systems
Consultant for the New England region and finally to a national
role overseeing systems that encompassed more than 350 sites
across the country.
Brendan
Cavanaugh – Director of Field Operations
As Director of Field Operations and a founding partner of CGL,
Brendan is responsible for overseeing the company's team of
Installers and Service Technicians.
While attending Blue Hills Vocational School, Brendan's
studies focused on Electrical Code and Theory, and upon
graduation became an Apprentice Electrician with Evergreen
Electrical Corporation in 1986.
Brendan currently holds a Master Electrician license in
multiple states. Brendan is also a factory certified
Installer/Administrator/Trainer in a vast number of Security
Systems from various industry manufacturers.
Prior to starting CGL, Brendan worked for the Security
Division of a major electrical contractor for 7 years. Brendan
quickly advanced to the position of General Foreman/Project
Manager overseeing many large complex projects, including
integrated security systems for multiple Colleges/Universities,
Police Stations and Medical Centers.
Tony
Federico – VP of Operations
As
VP of Operations, Tony is responsible for overall management of
both Service and Administration at CGL.
Prior to
joining CGL in 2007, Tony was the Regional Director of Delivery
Center Operations for OfficeMax.
During
Tony’s 24 years with OfficeMax, he held the positions of Store
Manager and Delivery Center Operations Manager before being promoted
to Regional Director in 1997. Tony’s strong leadership and
management skills helped to lay the foundation for enhanced customer
service and increased productivity. Tony also developed
multiple Policy and Procedure manuals for OfficeMax still in use
today.
