Design and installation are only the first step of the security system lifespan.  Keeping your security system fully operational is our primary concern.  In order to achieve this goal, CGL Electronic Security continually invests in our employees, ensuring that they have the tools and training necessary to provide exemplary service to our customers.

Our highly skilled technicians are equipped with diagnostic tools to troubleshoot the most complex system configurations.  CGL technicians are certified by our manufacturers, resulting in a very capable team armed with the knowledge to handle any situation.  Our technicians are tasked with taking whatever steps are necessary to exceed customer expectations.

Our service department is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week…with continuous live-person coverage.  Our call-tracking and service ticket system allows us to provide rapid and thorough response.

CGL Electronic Security's fleet of service vans are virtual “mobile service centers”, providing our technicians with the necessary parts they may need, such as control panels, card readers, camera lenses, power supplies, and much more.

In order to minimize the disruption caused by system outages, CGL maintains a fully-stocked warehouse of inventory.

An important part of keeping your system running smoothly is proper customer training.  In addition to the detailed system documentation provided with our installations, customers also receive expert on-site training specific to their system and requirements.
