The CGL Team, which includes Engineers, Project Managers, and Software Support Technicians, has decades of IT security system integration experience under its belt. Furthermore, all CGL Technicians are certified by our manufacturers. We understand that providing an effective and efficient security system does not equivocate to just using the best equipment, but rather encompasses up-to- date technology, business strategy and customer relationships.
At CGL, we have a Dedicated Service Department that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Service Department works closely with our Project Managers and Technicians to provide systematized and uninterrupted service when issues arise. We take great pride in providing our customers with excellent service.
Our team of Project Managers, Technicians, and Apprentice Technicians use Collaborative Site Surveys and Security System Designs to carefully track progress every step of the way. In addition, our Installation Process is unique in that we will provide you with a personalized CAD drawing of your security system. These tools, in combination with CAD drawings, allow everyone – CGL and our customers – to visualize and understand the desired completed project.
Our service vehicles function as mobile warehouses, and are stocked with $10,000 worth of equipment. Some of this equipment includes card readers, cameras, control panels, and more. Thanks to our service vans, our Technicians are always prepared to install, repair, or replace even the most complex security management systems.
